we strive to create a relaxing and soothing experience for all of our guests.
please kindly refrain from speaking on your mobile phones.

personal items

hortūs is not responsible for any personal items that are lost or misplaced. any items left at the studio for more than 14 days will be donated to the good will.


we always welcome walk-ins but encourage our guests to make an appointment so we can better accommodate scheduling needs and minimize wait time. we do require a valid credit card to hold your appointment and please note appointments are not booked unless they are acknowledged and confirmed.

cancellation policy

By booking an appointment(s) with HORTŪS, you understand and agree to all terms of our appointment and cancellation/reschedule/late arrival policy.

1-2 guests | 24 hours are needed for any changes, service modifications or cancellations


for 3 guests | 48 hours are required


4+ guests |  1 week advance notice to avoid a late cancel fee




100% of the total cost of services + 20% gratuity will be charged to your credit card on file.

full price + 20% will be charged on happy hour services. 

same policy applies for incomplete parties, appointments that arrive late that cannot be accommodated in full, partially or at all within the scheduled timeframe.


guests arriving after their scheduled time will be charged in full + 20% gratuity. no exceptions. 

we greatly appreciate your understanding of our policy.
